Kristi Noem Just dropped a bombshell announcement.

America was hit with a stunning development today after Secretary Kristi Noem appeared with Will Cain on Fox News and announced a major shift in how the federal government handles border related grant money.

For years, people have suspected that NGOs were quietly helping move migrants through multiple countries and into the United States with the help of federal dollars.

Today, Secretary Noem confirmed it.

And she put a stop to it.

Not a temporary pause.

Not a slow review process.

A complete shutdown of those funds.

What followed was one of the most revealing exchanges yet about how the crisis at the southern border has been fueled by organizations operating behind the scenes with taxpayer support.

Here is the full conversation exactly as it aired, with every word preserved:

Secretary Noem: Today we are announcing that we have stopped all grant funding that’s being abused by NGOs to facilitate illegal immigration into this country.

So it’s amazing to me the hundreds of millions of dollars that have been spent by the federal government that has been sent to NGOs to facilitate this invasion of our country.

So I’ve taken action to stop those funds, to reevaluate them and to make sure that we’re actually using the taxpayer dollars in a way that strengthens this country, that keeps us safe.

So I think people are curious when we look at grants that are given out by federal agencies at how they’re utilized, and that evaluation needs to be done.

We’re not spending another dime to help the destruction of this country.

We’re going to make sure that we follow through on what President Trump has promised, and that’s to make sure that we’re securing our border, deporting those who are here illegally and committing criminal actions, and that our taxpayer dollars aren’t spent to help it.

Will Cain: And Madam Secretary, I don’t think people fully understand the role that NGOs play, many NGOs play in facilitating illegal immigration.

I just want to share these numbers with everybody up on the screen.

We spent over three hundred eighty million dollars, didn’t we, in 2024 for sheltering and service programs for illegal immigrants.

But the vast network of NGOs that help facilitate it through Panama, through Mexico, and make it a landing spot here in the United States is a massive contributor here to illegal immigration.

So what you are telling us today is that now stops.

At least the federal funding of that stops.

Secretary: Yes, through the Department of Homeland Security we have stopped spending those dollars to fund those NGOs.

And well, what has been so revealing is that many of these NGOs actually have infrastructure and operations set up in Mexico, on that side of the border, that are telling those illegal immigrants to come to them, and they will get them across the border.

So they are not just operating in the United States, they are operating outside of the United States to help make it easier for those who want to break our laws.

And Will, I was one of those Americans that years ago, when somebody said NGO to me, I thought, oh, that is amazing.

That is a nonprofit that is out there telling somebody about Jesus or spreading faith and salvation or doing good work and charitable work, helping people that are less fortunate.

And then I realized over the years it has been perverted into this shadow government.

An NGO is sometimes an operation that does things that the government cannot do, cannot legally do, so they create an entity to use government dollars, taxpayer dollars, to do something that the federal government is not allowed to do, to do a shadow government operation that really has been used recently to undermine our country’s national security.

This interview hit like a shockwave.

For years, Americans have watched massive caravans move north with precision that seemed too organized to be random.

Temporary shelters appeared as if scripted.

Travel routes unfolded as if pre planned.

People moved through multiple countries as if they were being guided step by step.

Now the explanation is out in the open.

NGOs were coordinating much of it.

And taxpayers were footing the bill.

Secretary Noem’s action changes that overnight.

It is the first real disruption to the system of federally funded NGO networks that have been operating on both sides of the border, providing staging areas, transportation, communication, and assistance to migrants who intend to enter the United States illegally.

No more taxpayer supported travel pipelines.

No more taxpayer funded border coaching.

No more taxpayer money bankrolling organizations that operate outside the jurisdiction of the United States while shaping who comes into the country and how.

For the first time in many years, someone inside the federal government has drawn a clear line and backed it up with immediate action.

This is the kind of decisive leadership many Americans have demanded from Washington for a long time.

This is what genuine border security looks like when the excuses finally stop.

This is what accountability feels like when someone is willing to shut down the machinery that helped create the crisis.

Secretary Noem’s message to Will Cain and to the country was unmistakable.

America will no longer pay for the systems that help drive its own border chaos.

One of the greatest crimes ever perpetrated in United States history against the American people:

Former U.S. Border Chief Aaron Heitke, who served under five different administrations,

CONFIRMS— BEYOND THE SHADOW OF A DOUBT — that he was ordered by the Biden–Harris administration to cover up, conceal, and manipulate data on the border crisis; to deliberately decrease the amount of detention space nationwide; to issue new Social Security numbers to illegal aliens; to provide them with maximum Social Security benefits and Medicaid; to register them to vote; and, in fact, to allow them to vote in U.S. elections.

Border Chief Aaron Heitke:
“We have no idea who or what is coming through our country.”

— Regarding SIAs:
“Special Interest Aliens (SIAs) and known and suspected terrorists…
At the time, I was told I could not release any information on this increase in SIAs or mention any of the arrests.
The administration was trying to convince the public there was no threat at the border.”

🚨 WOW! The DEMOCRAT-appointed Philadelphia Police Commissioner just gave massive PRAISE to Kash Patel and President Trump's FBI

KEVIN BETHEL: "Director Patel, I appreciate the support [...] This is the work I constantly tell people. We are having SIGNIFICANT success across the city this year...it's those relationships...it's the FBI I would turn to to help us in that [m*rder] investigation."

It's because the FBI just facilitated an enormous GANG takedown in Philly.

EVERY Democrat city should invite the feds to do more. It will mean more RESULTS!
