This common-sense bill needs to be passed! Let’s restore power back to the AMERICAN people.
The proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations open the door to the kind of narrative management, propaganda, and censorship that we saw during the COVID pandemic. The United States can cooperate with other nations without jeopardizing our civil liberties, without undermining our Constitution, and without ceding away America’s treasured sovereignty.

A single working mother enjoying a friend’s birthday evening in downtown Cincinnati, tragically knocked out cold by a sucker-punch during a mob-style assault around 3 a.m. on July 26, 2025, at Fourth and Elm Street. Video evidence shows her bleeding from the mouth, lying defenseless on the pavement after stepping in to help. 
Holly gave explicit permission to release her photos—not for sensationalism, but so that no one else ever endures what she did. She deserves justice, dignity, and the truth.
Instead, what has she gotten?
• A Police Chief who minimized the brutal violence, characterizing it as a single blip amid a generally “successful” festival weekend—and blaming bystanders for not reporting it sooner, even though only one out of approximately 100 witnesses even dialed 911. 
• A City Councilwoman, Victoria Parks, who responded to the viral video by commenting publicly that the victims “begged for that beat down,” and saying she was “grateful for the whole story.” This is ...
